Lead a team of instructors and course designers. Develop new and innovative learning designs. Create and implement protocols and best practices for learning systems. Recruit, train, support, supervise, and evaluate professional learning facilitators, course instructors, and content developers. Design and create online and in-person learning content and formats to meet identified learner needs. Manage organization's learning management system and professional learning webpages. Co-produce the organization's weekly podcast. Coordinate, plan, and manage live virtual events. Collect and assess user data. Provide technical support to instructors and learners. Create visual, audio, and text design elements including staff and board reports, graphics, and promotional materials.
